I was quiet enthusiastic about Zapak mail considering the hype they created, with extensive hoardings, TV and Radio advertising etc. So I registered myself for a mail, I really struggle to send a mail with an attachment, the attachment size was just 38 kb and the mail says ’You are only allowed to send attachments up to 10 MB’ ????? ...
Who has developed the software for Zapak????
there are several other bugs like this, incompatibility to certain ie and mozilla browsers as some of the button text and the links overlap each other, this leads to problems in selecting the required options ... on the whole, the e mail service is poor and I do not think I will continue using my account.
When I tried sending some simple mails I saw an error saying ’Compose Id missing’ ... poor is is the rating I give to this service. Reliance have a long way to go, hopefully Zapak is will not become one of those 500 Rupee Reliance Phones that every one has but struggles to work.
