I am using zebpay for a few months. I faced a major bug once which costed me a lot of money. One day I accidentally cancelled the transaction after entering the amount in the deposit section. From then on, whenever I would press deposit button, it showed me the previously cancelled transaction page and then if I clicked on ’proceed to pay’ , it redirected me to an error page. For this I was unable to deposit money for a long time. This needs to be fixed immediately.
I don’t hate the app totally. I just hate losing money for this kind of bugs.
