I bought this Zebronics UPS Model U725 following its advertisement and contrary to what was shown, it came out to be a low performing UPS withing 1 month of it’s usage, The UPS has issues like heating, beep sound, and high discharge rates; let me describe it in terms of few standard parameters below:
a) User Friendly: It is not at all user friendly, as you can’t depend on it for its performance, it is hardly able to give a back up of even 2 hours properly and hence can not be used in a situation where electricity issue is frequent.
b)Durability: Just within 1 month of its usage, issues like heating up of the UPS, frequent beep sound and drop in performance was observed, its not at all a durable product and can not be dependent upon for long lasting use.
c)Handy: It is handy, but with poor performance, the feature hold no value.
d) Style & Design: Zebronics has invested too much on outer look, that could only lure customer at the time of purchase, however it would had been good, if some money would had been invested on quality too.
e) Service & Support: It’s pathetic, the customer care support does not talk in a professional tone and plays only blame game if at all you complain them with issues, when I complained about the heating issues, I was told that its quite normal for an UPS t heat.
