Gozefo are good at sales but pathetic at services. It is totally dependent on your luck as they sell second hand furniture goods at prices slightly higher than the market prices. I ordered a second hand chair for 4K. The delivery was smooth, but after sometime it broke within the warranty period. Initially my calls were answered but when they couldn’t get it repaired they started avoiding my calls. They started moving on it almost after 10 days though the time given was within 24 hours. Their team did not do a good job for me so I would not compel anyone to buy from them.
