For the first time I bought a Zen - took a calculated risk by buying a comparatively lower branded phone. But it lasted for just 5 months and the screen started to flicker.
Has been with service for a week now - not sure when it will get corrected. Please avoid Zen completely.
It looks to be a good product but does not last - durability is poor - so better to avoid.
