I have bought a zen ultrafone 701 HD from the snapdeal website. It was delivered on time by courier on 04.06.2013. I opened the package and switched on the mobile. the handset did not recognise the micro SD card.
Can you believe it?
A defective handset out of the box.
I dont know how much you earn. But however much you earn. You will not hope for a surprise like this one.
Zen mobile company takes your money and gives you defective mobile handset. End of story.
I dont have that much money. I can not afford to waste the little that I have. Here I was. I paid the money and I was given a defective handset. All this was done by cash-on-delivery scheme. the courier comes. you pay the money. courier leaves. You open the packet. you find the defective piece of mobile. You can do nothing. Everybody directs you to the service centre.
Thats what I did.
I went to their service centre(Technocare) in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi on 10.6.2013. They checked the mobile. Told me that they are going to send the mobile to company. Gave me a JOB CARD. Gave me a time of 10 days. OK
