Worst service I have ever seen.I have zen Ultra701HD. The touch pad connector is not working properly so I visited the service center in Bangalore it was horrible.
They forced me to replace mother board . I visited 3 service center in Bangalore all are out sourced Zen dont have service center in Bangalore . and those guys dont no anything what ever the problem they say we send to main service center and it will take minimum 20 days. So I recommend not to buy any zen phone . If you already have one the below information helps little bit. please tel your friends and family’s to dont buy any ZEN phones.
