They will only call for rent reminder else they are not bother for anything.
Every where in Bangalore rent get increase by 5% every 11 month where as Zenify increase by 10%.
So be careful before taking house on rent from Zenify.
Zenify say we "Don’t take brokerage". but they will charge you 1 rent on name of service charges+ service tax.
Never ever get house on Rent from Zenify. Better got to some broker at least they will charge only one rent not service tax and other charges.
