Nothing is professional about this company . Their executives are just some unprofessional guys who are out there looking for some gullible people and trying to fork out your hard earned money . Their modus operandi runs like this . Their executive would show you a house and once you are okay with it he would charge you 1000 rupees as documentation charges which should not cost you more than 300 bucks normally if done outside.Everything seems fine until the day you vacate the house .Their executive comes home for pre inspection with a mobile and starts clicking photos of each and every item and uploads it on some app of theirs( mind you this is most painstaking moment) which is followed with another post inspection once keys are handed over and this is not done in our presence and you are not even told of the outcome of all this inspection process .They will pay your advance in 2 instalments .usually first instalment which is paid promptly and fully in 2-3 days .The second instalment is where they start fleecing you .Since they do not charge any brokerage charge initially they make it good with this second instalment .They will send you absurd bills of painting, damages, cleaning(GST& service tax included) .We had vacated our apartment which was a brand new one and did not need any painting still we were presented with a painting bill of 17k which included a cleaning bill of 3500 .Don’t know if the house was cleaned or not but definitely they deep cleaned our pockets. They will not respond to you correctly and will make you suffer with those endless calls and emails exchanges after this. Each of their executives talks his own mind and there is hardly any communication between themselves which makes it even more frustrating . My advice please go for a broker or if possible check online sites for house searching than relying on these white collared thugs .
