I have bought Zenith Laptop (Model: Director) early this year in January. I am satisfied with the product but product support is pathetic. I have asked them to customize this product with increased RAM and original Windows XP Pro. OEM, they did upgrade the RAM but even after hundreds of phone call they never gave me the Original OEM CD...what I got is the copied CD. They have no hesitations making false promises because it was a verbal commitment about the original OEM, I feel cheated now.
Besides this I have recently faced some issue with DVD reader(CD thing working).. I have CD (Reader Writer with DVD reader) I emailed to their CONTACT US email id (taken from their website) telling them that DVD reader is not working for me. I have not got any acknowledgement or response from their side.
What are the options for me?? Any help in this regard would be appreciated.
