If you want to waste your money then continue with zepo coz I have gone through same disappointment. They always give ticket number but don’t solve any problem. After purchasing they ignore and confuse you most of the time . Most important thing every time u have to explain your problems to every other person and that person give you another ticket number.
According to my case customer call to zepo support number for return of his money . Because zepo payment didn’t transfer the money from customer to me .
