We opened our stationery business store with them and the services they offered were superb. The team was always helpful. Only the demands which were meant to be met were provided by the team. Liked the straight forwardness as to in what they can go the extra mile for the user and in what they cannot. If I were running the same business, even I would have done the same thing. As a user, I can ask for too many things but as a service provider, you know the limitations and you work accordingly and that’s what they are doing. Interacting with Sargam and Sumesh was a pleasure and so was dealing with Balaji, whom I had asked like n number of questions, all of which were entertained properly.
I just hope that they stay the way they were and not become anything like providing FAQ’s for everything. Human Intervention helps and helps in a great way when the team is willing to help.
Design and Website load time, I can’t ask for more as the price they charge is very reasonable. Worth the money.
