Zepto is best at their initial days. Their service is gradually started degrading as time passes. As I started to order my morning breakfast daily from Zepto, their team too, started to take their services very lightly.
I ordered 3 Veg Puffs and 1 Blue Flower Rose Tea on June 27th, 2025. But when it arrived at my office in Bandra, the paper bag was leaking with the Tea. The entire Tea holder was not properly closed and it spilled over my 2 Veg Puffs.
It was pathetic and unacceptable service given by Zepto.
