Had horrible experience with order#SKPRHBCNS91442. for two hours I was taken for granted and humiliated first by delivery partner jacob and later by escalation agent anushka who at end of call started defending delivery person’s insulting behaviour towards me. zepto wants to take its customers for granted and humiliate them. this was my last order. uninstalling app now. would never to give any business to a company who humiliates and fools their customers. If you have some self respect left in you then never use this app
