There is no after sales service. I had to email their supervisors before some one attended. Also, they don’t sell recharging salt. They say common salt can be used. But it can’t, just google it. Salt tablet dissolves slowly, so we should salt tablet and not salt powder.
I am not able to find salt tablet anywhere, so it is giving hard water. No hope for any help from Zero B. Avoid this product for your peace of mind.
