Bought this purifier after they had visited our residential society where they organized a water camp. good thing about this was that we came to know what needs to be done before buying a water purifier. So during this camp they came and tested the water quality of our building and suggested this purifier. we had been using a storage purifier for a long time of a different brand purchased from a near by mall. we did not know that this storage purifier was not purifying our water and all along we were having impure water. We quickly got it replaced with the zerob one. this was an eye opener and that was the one reason we went for and also we found that the company was there for the last 30 years or so. Now for the last 3 months we are happy with this
