Zerodha is a technology based online discount broker. Used as a trading platform to buy and sell shares from BSE and NSE. I have been using zerodha from last five months and I have faced lots of problems will placing orders, it does not execute the placed order quickly. Some time it displays "oder placement temporarily stopped". This problem are more during the higher market volatility days, due to this your orders get placed at higher value and not when you want. Other then this there are many such serious errors like kite order place issues, delayed funds transfer, BO/CO order placing have been blocked. I personally had lost lots of money because of this reason. This problems are faced on both the web and app. The customer service is also bad. They do not respond properly for the complaint. The hidden charges are very high, which they do not mention any where in their website. Even after facing so many issues they do not give any compensation. They are only wired about how to collect more brokerages.
I recommend to switch to another broker and I will do the same.
