They are right, they are a discount broker with cheap systems. I have accounts with other brokerage firms as well, but none are so careless about what their client positions is at the end of the day.
First, they have a trading platform which does not a have a decent charting tool. They do not even provide you with a demo of their platform once you sign up with them, Zerodha executives cut your calls once you have submitted the documents.
I lost 10500 in a day because of their last century trading software which does not show the current trades and positions you are holding.
Please, I know their outlook is all cheery with all their presence on internet to be pro-client, but what is the use of all this if you do not have a basic good trading platform to support your clients, and they are talking of some super duper trading platform for ages now and not seeing it coming.
I would suggest anyone thinking of becoming zerodha client to introspect their needs first, if they can trade blind without any support from trading platforms, charting or technical indicators.
I wish discount broker did not mean cheap broker.
