Acoount Openning Failed After Repeated Attempts

I heard a lot about it from my friends and saw even its advertisement on the TV. As I’m already a stock market investor, I decided to join and open a demat account on this broker.


I clicked on the registration tab and I filled there all my required informations like Name and Address, PAN, income, date of birth, phone number etc. I also successfully verified my mobile and paid them the joining fees for 1 year.


All were going perfectly until the worst problem occured. I was trying to link my AADHAR number buy logging into my DigiLocker account. But the server failed ti verify and link my AADHAAR with my demat account. I had been trying to link my AADHAR for almost 5 days but even after such repeated attempt, the linking was a failure.


I then tried to call the help and support team using their numbers. I tried almost 5 numbers of them to contact but everytime the call got disconnected saying the line was busy. I was quite irritated and decided to abort my registration. But suddenly after a week one of the staff members called me and aksed me my problem. I told her everything and she gave me a few tips to join. But I tried each and every way and failed miserably each time.


So I finally I had to change my mind to abort my registration. But since I had paid the joining fees I had to raise a refund request. The refund took a very long 15 days to reflect bank on my bank account. Since then I never tried to re-join this broker.
