Need an online platform to trade remotely as I travel a lot so can’t depend on a broker so need something like Zerodha product
Issues:
Hangs often, freezes, especially when market is volatile or maybe above a certain trading volume threshold.but it happens often.
The saved views - shows saved when you do so, and finally when you open want to access, reverts back to previous saved options.a lot of times these saved views don’t even show up in the menu, keep refreshing and finally after a ridiculous wait and multiple refreshing.they show up. It happens all the time if you "Pop out" chart.
Popped out chart windows-keep hanging, individual windows can’t retain the "view setting" for any reason if system refreshes [mostly due to Zerodha platform hanging you need to refresh] as soon as you refresh, all the windows will show the "one" single view -can’t retain their own individual setting. Also for very such refresh.refer to point 2 issues.
Trades - sometimes it shows gone, but doesnt go, sometimes shows it didnt and then it pops up in the order list when the system refreshes.I cancelled a trade and later despite cancellation the trade was excercised, similarly once I placed a trade and it showed didnt go through, so I placed order again, and then it went through 2 trades in one go.these things.hits you in losses or put you at risk with high leverage scenario.
Totally useless and disengaged Relationship manager.no engagement from their end, when you inform them of issues, they have a standard response.please check your internet connection and when you tell them the issue persists "despite" any internet connetion I use [all connections can’t be bad] .their advise.send mail to support team and cc them.BS.
In short, if any online trading platform with similar charting capatbilites exists and is recommended.please advise. .i would switch in a blink!
