From my three years of experience with zerodha, I can say that it is the best platform for beginners.
New account opening process is very simple, You can do it completely online No paper work.
From the very beginning , I use zerodha kite mobile app for my trades and investing. It is very much user friendly app. Fund transfer to demat account is very easy . Net banking facility and UPI based fund transfers are available. Withdrawal from demat account to bank account is also very simple and easy.
Regarding the trades, you can execute your trades very easily and quickly. The app provide you with best search results and technical indicators and tools like live charts to help users to select particular stock.
Since it is a discount broker, brokerage charges are minimal when compared to other brokers. Zero brokerage for all equity delivery trades. Rs 20 per trade for all Future and Option trades and flat 20 rs brokerage on each intraday trades
Zerodha provide very good customer care service. Whenever I have any problems and doubts regarding the app and trades, I seek the help from their customer care service .Al the time I received very good service from them. They are very responsible and ready to help their customers always.
The only drawback I have felt with zerodha is, they do not give you any stock recommendations.I think, no discount brokers offers such a facility.
