This video door phone is used and experienced by me.one of my friend has installed this video door security in his home. This zicom product has a very low vision camera which does not records or captures clear quality pics and the voice is also is not good.it has quite attractive look.only by seeing its attractiveness one can buy this product.other than that there is nothing is this product. Only worthless
