Twice they have sent an a kid aged around 12-13, for my shoes pick up and delivery. When I called their customer care they were indifferent as though it was nothing. Shoes came back almost in the same state as they were earlier. Most illiterate and unprofessional work force employed by a startup so far.
Call their customer care if you dont believe me. You will hardly feel a difference between a team leader and a customer care exec. I am not going to support a company that supports child labour. You shouldnt too.
