It is always easy for people who are Working to prior book a service online and get it done on the weekend while they have a off.
Zimmber is one such online service provider, but they lack the basics of service industry that is Customer Satisfaction.
I booked a Pest Control service for my House tgrough Zimber. The service was done on time as booked. But Zimmber has hired/contracted with unproffesional local people who are not specialised and don’t have the expertise. Only after 2 days I xan see Lizards and insects in my house without any problem.
I paid fir the service yet facing the problems.
Now when I contacted their customer support through in application chat support, they are not responding. I tried to contact them through email for which I am chasing them since a week now but my problem stands as it is.
I would not recommend Zimmber to anyone as these people do not respond to the customer issue.
