This time for my laundry, I decided to try Zimmber since I saw so many advertisements in many places. After making a booking for laundry an executive from Zimmber came to pickup the clothes on 7th Oct-2015 Order ref: OR02-34501-400061-11 and I was promised that the clothes would be delivered within 4 days. After 4 days I decided to check with Zimmber and I was told that the clothes are in the warehouse and will be dispatched after it has been ironed.
Since the clothes were not delivered as promised, I waited till 13th Oct’2015 and then sent them an email, however I did not receive any response. On 18th I posted my grievance on Twitter and then I received a response that someone will get back to me shortly. Since I did not receive any response, I called up their helpdesk and I was advised to wait for couple of hours so that the agent will check with the warehouse and then call me back with the update but I did not get any call back,
At this point of time, I feel Zimmber is here only to cheat people with their pathetic service.
