The tag line of Zimmber is "Sit back and relax, we will take care". However it worked vice versa, they sat back and relaxed with me required to do all the running around(read multiple phone calls).
I had ordered for laundry services placing three shirts for regular wash. The expected turn around time is less than 72 hours(3 days). However, till the 5th day I did not hear anything from the Zimmber team. I had to manage multiple phone calls to their call centre team(with an average waiting time of 4 mins) as I had a flight to catch the subsequent day. I was nervous at the prospect of my clothes being delivered before my scheduled flight.
After a lot of two and from on calls and mails, finally I managed to get my laundried clothes at the eleventh hour.
Phew some experience, in just getting your clothes washed and ironed. I place by bet going forward in the trusted hands of my "bai"(household maid)
