Good is not enough

Hello friends, I’m one crazy ’’lovr of music’’, and write reviews about music very rarely. It’s because not many albums interest me. Last album was.....thats too long. Well this time I’m here to share my views over the new album that has come in the market....’’ZINDA’’.

* Chal Rahi Hain Saansein (Trapped In Paradise Mix)

Singer : Kailash Kher

Music Director : Kinky Roland D J Nikhil Chinappa, Naved

This song is simply beautiful, a song that may not be liked when heard once. You need to hear it again and again and then one fine day just listen to it attentively and you’’l find a new meaning to the song. Every time you listen to this song, its appeal changes and you find that it no more projects the feelings it had been projecting a day before or two.

* Har Saans

Singer : Krishna

Music Director : Strings

Lyrics : Anwar Maqsood

Not as appealing as another version wherein Kailash sang, but it makes a good hearing. The music doesn’t add to the symphony and you tend to like the song just for the sweet melody and deep hidden meaning. You need to explore in order to like this song....but in this fast world do you have so much of time left to listen it again and again so it may be a DISSAPPOINTMENT for you.

* Har Saans (Black Mamba Mix)

Singer : Krishna

Music Director : Strings

Lyrics : Anwar Maqsood

* Kabhi Muskuraake

Singer : Sanjay Dutt

Music Director : Vishal-Shekhar

Lyrics : Vishal Dadlani

Starting with the light note, you are left aghast...why Sanjay Dutt??? But the beauty of the song lies in the fact that it has been sung by the veteran actor who lives every role and only he could have done justice to the song....a slow song but hard hitting though and the dialogues that come every now and then reminds you of Kabhi kabhi...the only difference here is neither the lyrics nor the music leaves any last longing impact on you.

* Kya Main Zinda Hoon

Singer : Shibani Kashyap

Music Director : Shibani Kashyap

Lyrics : Sanjay Gupta

Shibani reminds you of legendary Aasha Bhosle....in her sultry voice she gives the touch of soothness.....The song demanded much more matured and complexity but the musiv handles...never knew actually that the director could write such lovely https://lyrics. The very talented singer even composes music for this song is what takes you for surprise....a lady giving music...isn’t that something new...that is but the new age has come and lets accept that fact that females can also try to give good music.

* Maula

Singer : Vinod Rathod

Music Director : DJ Nikhil Chinappa, Naved

Lyrics : Vishal Dadlani

What to say about Vinod sahab...he is one talented singer our industry have at present. The lyrics are hard-hitting that most of the songs have. This song will not appeal to everyone again....the whole album is so complex that you won’t find much joy listening but once you get to the depth of it you won’t feel like leaving it....

* Maula (State Of Grace Mix)

Singer : Vinod Rathod

Music Director : Kinky Roland D J Nikhil Chinappa, Naved

Lyrics : Vishal Dadlani

It’s the trime when everything is getting remixed and here as well we have one album wherein so many songs are repeated as remixed. The song looses the real touch and pain when mixed...high time for the directors to understand that but in a way its good also....before any fool touches your song and mixes it, killing th espirit brutally, its better you do the work. Isn’t it!!!

* Yeh Hai Meri Kahani

Singer : Strings

Music Director : Strings

Lyrics : Anwar Maqsood

Funny though but lovely....the depth is missing here. The voice doen’t suit the song and here the director looses out. You needed a voice like that of Sonu Nigam to carry this song but since the music director was STRINGS, therefore...c’mon guys you are intelligent enough.

* Zinda Hoon Main

Singer : Shibani Kashyap

Music Director : Shibani Kashyap

Lyrics : Virag Mishra

A cute song is what I would say for it. I don’t how it would have been filmed but it gives you an imagery of solitute and of being left out......you tend to feel the pain of being left out and trapped. The agony in the song is powerful and you tend to fall for it. good work by singer and music director

* Zinda Hoon Main (Delirious Dance Dub)

Singer : Shibani Kashyap

Music Director : Shibani Kashyap

Lyrics : Virag Mishra

I don’t understand why the Director experimented with one song so many time....

* Zinda Hoon Main (Fun Da Mental Mix)

Singer : Shibani Kashyap

Music Director : Shibani Kashyap

Lyrics : Virag Mishra

Again...another mix of the same song....song looses its charm when repeated so many times. Hope next time the music director and producers will keep this thing in mind.
