I booked my bus yesterday for the first time because I had to reach at BKC Max by 9. It showed that I need to reach at location 10 mins early n so I did. It showed me a vehicle number ending with 092 n I kept waiting at the location . The bus time was 7. 37 n I called the driver at least 5 times n everytime he said he will be there in 5 mins. Finally at 8 he reached at location n left without pickup. On calling zipgo I get to know that the vehicle number that I m tracking is incorrect. Plus the map has no tracking of the vehicle. U HV to keep waiting for ages. They are just killing people. First experience ever was a complete nonsense. On calling driver he was rude. Then the customer service team behaves as if they are the most superior people. I think I was a stupid to trust them. The amazing thing is on asking for refund they refund in your zipgo account as if I will again want to b fool n use this stupid service again.
They need to b sensible to know that people use this service for office purpose n cant afford to tolerate their failures. I will see how they dont refund my money plus compensate
