Hello, I am sharing my personal experience with zipker.com. it is a online shopping site. I was seeing this site on my Facebook account and I like it’s dresses so, I want
to buying dresses from there. I was ordered a dress in this site from my Facebook account. I was buying it RS 2199 white and blue colour gown.
When I was order my dress. Customer service telling that the product was delivered in 4-5 days but it doesn’t delivered in 4-5 days . The product was delivered in 7-8 days. The delivery timeless was very slow and poor.
After receiving my delivery I was unpacked my dress and I saw that the dress was short in size. They send me short size of dress. and the fabric of dress was very poor quality as compared to it’s prices so, it doesn’t have value of money. The dress was not look as I was seeing in the website given picture. I was very shocked. The quality of product was very poor and worst .
When I was calling to the customer service to return product. They were arguing me. But after so many arguing they were ready to return the product. The customer service men was told that the delivery man come tomorrow for taking back the product. But no body was coming next day, even in after 4-5 days. I was calling 2-3 times but they doesn’t received my call and they were received my product return back after 15 days. It was so disgusting. The customer service was vary weak and inconvienient.
The website was very good and easy to understood. There was no problem to find the products in this site. But I was not satisfied with this site because of it’s product quality it doesn’t reliable so, be careful while buying.
