Its my my first purchase on this website, everything went fine until the payment page. I made the payment through credit card, got a payment successful message from bank as well as site, and then the website closed. Yes the tab got closed automatically. And when I checked my order history page, there was 1 order placed but amout got debited twicw.Now I had to get a ticket raised through customer support and don’t know when/if my money would ever be refunded.
