Hi there this is Sumit, and today I am going to give a review about Zipker.com!
Let me come straight to the point, the product quality and the customer services, both are the worst.
Recently, Ive ordered one Lehenga for my Sister from Zipker.com/ and what I received after waiting for 1.5 months made me spellbound. The Lehenga which I received was of cheap quality and torn at the ends of it.
It was made of so cheap quality that it just felt weightless on hands!
After facing this issue, I claimed a refund at their site, the customer care kept me hold for 1week and till date, I haven’t received a single reply. They had blocked my number from which I had made a call frequently.
So, from next time, make sure you verify all the details carefully and don’t trust new websites blindly like me.
