Yesterday I made a purchase from Zippserv and here is my review on it.
Service and support : I purchased a jeans from this website and when I received it and I checked it I found that the size was smaller than what I ordered I made a call to the customer service department for the exchange of the product but they refused to change.
Information depth : On the website proper information is not available as when a ordered the product there was no information available about the shipping charges but when I received the product I have to pay shipping charges.
Content : This website is a online shopping website from which you can purchase any commodity of your choice.
User friendly : The site was good and user friendly too as I don’t find any difficulty in making a order everything was. Very simple and solved.
Time to load : This website is very slow and takes a long time to load the items whenever you search for an item.
I will not recommend this website.
