I am writing this review, as Im very irritated and confused. Worst online shopping experience.
I ordered some products and they had some confusing offers(with no explanation or T&C)+ techno bug in there system which let me add multiple products not in offer. I got a COD and they delivered me incomplete products with no prior information and they charged me the complete amount. the mails also showed that I am being delivered all the products.
After a complaint they were humble to say sorry & were ready to compensate sending one free guddy. so I was ok. There was one of the products that I needed to exchange so they promised me a free exchange(no shipping charge as that single product was less than rs 750). the CCE did place an order and confirmed that that would come as a prepaid and nothing has to be paid.
But wait, again a techno bug which came humming and changed my already placed order to a chargeable one. after having a chat with one CCE, she told it was a mistake and I will have to pay and then she will give z coin for the charges or I revert back and get z coins for all the amount. which was irritating and dumb. she was also mean to hung me up for no reason. soon after that a rep called me to know the problem(as I had put a feedback too) and he was easy go with waiving the charges. I dont know why did the one on chat could not commit to it. did she not know about it or did she want me to stack up my z coin & make a purchase again? its up to u to decide.
The story does not end so well, I get a mail again from the team that I have to pay the charges . Oh God! Please help the team to at least coordinate. I am still waiting to see where the story ends. will keep u updated. but one thing for sure. No MORE ZIVAME for me. and if you too are a daily soap hatter DO NOT GO FOR IT!
One thing more its been already 2 weeks since the purchase.
