30 March will be one of the most embarrassing days in my life! All due to Zivames IN house brand Penny’s Tshirt satin berry bra which stained my white Tshirt DARK Pink along the out line of the bra as it bled colour. Mind you this is a high end Tshirt Bra selling at 995/-
All the while I was at work and I did not notice it till I came home.It was the most devastating and horrifying experience and no one can imagine how I felt going back to work the next day.
To TOP Insult to Injury Their Customer Care Head refuses to accept that his product is faulty in spite of writing down clearly in the mails along with the picture of the Tshirt
Customer care execs Just could not understand the problem when I explained to them in emails. They thought a Tshirt was shipped to me instead of lingerie.
After writing about 8-10 mails they promised to return the amount and to compensate me with zcoins on 2nd April. I have yet to see the money in the bank and the so called z coins in my account. None of mails are being answered or replied to now.
Well that is the value they put to my self respect which I lost ON 30th March.
Zivame I wish none of this happens to any other woman, coz it is the worst ever insult and humiliation any woman can face Publically and then be reduced to seek return from Zivame who wont even respond to emials.
I will never be able to get over with my humiliation on 30th March and an online company who does not care for its customers.
Zivame which promotes its Inhouse brands Like PENNY should not sell Bras that bleed colours embarrassing and humiliating its customers.
