I recently order product worth rs.6000 but they delivered the products worth Rs.3500.
They raised the invoice for full amount for rs.6000. As it was cod so the courier guy collected rs.6000. When i opened the packet i found one item not there and when i wrote a mail, they said that they are out of stock but will send it later.
Two months passed and I did not receive the product and again I wrote a mail to them asking them to refund or send the product. To my surprise, they now say that I paid Rs.3500. I have zivame invoice in which it’s clearly mentioned in bold that to collect Rs.6000.They, in coordination with courier company are cheating the customers.
So beware, they are a total fraud company and are cheating customers by sending less items and billing for full and later on saying that they received only that amount which they have sent.
I have filled a case against zivame under consumer court for such cheating and fraud. This is the only way to teach them the lesson.
