One word to explain it all: ATTITUDE PROBLEM
ZNETINDIA is a cheat, a Fraud, I have proof of this. They guarantee 99.99% uptime, but I think its only for their sales team and payment portal so that people can deposit money.
In case you need the proof, mail me at abchoudhry on gmail and I’ll forward you the tickets. I lost more than Rs.50, 000 on these idiots and lost a large client base of my startup. I was running FB ads while they kept the server down for 2 full days in the first month of operation.
I complained a lot but always got a call back that it will improve now only to prove me wrong again. These guys just want to make sales and hence someone will come and comment positively to this post like in all other posts or post a false positive very soon.
