Price was the only thing going for them. I figured all hosting services are the same so why not go with their low price. BIG MISTAKE.
If you plan to have a simple HTML website then these guys are great. If you want anything more than that e.g. ASP.Net, extensionless URLs (expected standard feature these days), etc., then these guys don’t know what they are doing. I had my site hosted with them for 6+ months and it didn’t work right for a single day. It took weeks (no kidding) for them to give me the right FTP Id and password.
Finally I had to move it back to an American based hosting service and voila it works right from day one. If you are not used to desi style customer service with half truths and misleading marketing tactics then avoid these guys, especially if you cater to other customers and your site is a business site.
