I would like to let you know how impressed I am with your support staff members. If you see my account history I have been having problems for the past 3-4 months with my e-mails. There were instances where clients were not receiving my mails and I was not receiving theirs. I did numerous complaints through the website where I submitted a few tickets.
A temporary job used to be done and then after a week it used to go down again. A week ago I called your office and said to cancel my services and was transferred to Customer Relations executive who tried to assist in all ways with the problem at hand even when I was not in the mood and assured me he will get this problem looked at and get a permanent fix..
I was doubtful because of promises made to me by your company about the emails being fixed has been given to me before but I thought I will give you guys one last chance because I liked the way the CRM guy handled the call.
In the course of 5-7 days I also had the pleasure of talking to Tech Support Supervisor who was very polite and mostly worked for me all the time to get this problem fixed. I had direct contact with a number of Znet agents who were always accommodating towards me and always helped me. The technical skill of their supervisor were very impressive as I myself am quite tech smart.
In conclusion I would just like to say that Znet agents are excellent in their work and are very professional. Its people like these you need in a company, who go out of their way to help customers. I deal mainly with Australian customers and I have a few who are waiting to get their domains registered and I will definitely be recommending your company. If you would have spoken to me a week ago I would have never recommended your company to anyone but thanks to your 2 staff member I will defiantly recommend you to anyone who asks.
Once again please pass on my compliments to both Znet agents who attended on me and I hope your company hires more staff like them.
