If you think that they have something called "Customer Service", think again. I had been erroneously charged twice for the same booking and its been now 3 months and no sign of a refund. Called 11 times, tweeted. and now am giving up.
Pathetic is the word. Never transact with these as*oles. The worst part is that nobody has a clue. Its a bunch of dumbasses who repeat the same lines over and over again, but are unable to solve simple issues!
