We ordered two dresses after being tempted at their nicest collection marked with reasonable price. We had some additional question and try to communicate through phone or email which never went well.
We came to know that among two dress One of them were out of stock and will take significant time therefore we directed them to cancel the one that would take longer and ship the one that is ready (After numerous try of calling and emails).
However after getting their verbal confirmation, literally a few minutes later one of the support team’s jerks sent us an email saying they have cancelled the whole order and issuing refund. However after two business days their were no indication of my paypal money getting refunded, therefore I contacted paypal and they had issued the refund immediately after I escalated the dispute case.
My advice, if you want refund don’t just sit and wait after opening dispute case against this company, just escalate the case. This company’s customer service is below standard of the US, at any cost avoid this company.
Later on we found the same dresses on different company who has better customer service however the price was little more but it worth it because of their great customer service.
