Horrible service. Being an international customer, I could never get though their phone calls and have wasted a lot of money just to get the order confirmation.
Initially my account got debited but the cancelled the order. Then had to keep mailing them to confirm the order. After that I didn’t receive any delivery details for 3 weeks. I kept checking the site for any updates. After 3 weeks they cancel the order because they no longer have the DRESS! how Professional!
Its been 4 days and I havent been given my money back.
No Mails
No apology!
It was a gift for my sister’s birthday n I didn’t give her any thing>
