I had the worst experience of my life with zomato.
I placed an order with a restaurant which is one of my favourite and I received the food 1.5 hours later of placing my order for close to 20 minutes I was not even assigned and they were also not ready to cancel the order saying the restaurant has started the preparation.
The food that I received was all cold and was coming out of the container the packaging was just pathetic and I didnt even felt like eating the food in such a packaging,
I contacted zomato costumer support and those idiots were hell rude with me and said that if you are so unhappy with the service dont take 60% discount and go to the restaurant it, I was so frustrated and angry with them on this that I decided never to place any order with this idiotic company.
If you are also planning to place an order I highly recommend dont do it instead go for swiggy they are much more efficient and helpful. Zomato is just the worst experience I ever had I wasted my 500 rs and also had a bad day because of such a rude staff.
