I ordered food this morning for breakfast. After considerable time the app showed that the food was delivered. Neither did I get call from the delivery partner ( which I usually do) not the food. I escalated this issue with the customer care and the response was suboptimal. The first customer to Person) could not resolved issue and she escalated it to a higher helpdesk. Unfortunately the second helpdesk was no better than the first after having chatted with them for more than 30 minutes the only resolution that I was given was to send an email about my issue, the whole point is that my breakfast was not served to me, and that was not addressed what if I had a diabetic in My Home this issue would have had serious ramifications. The response of Customer Care should be to fulfil the order, and unfortunately Zomato customer care team is not empowered. I am not sure if they verify their delivery partners. I would not want to order from Zomato ever again.
