I am a regular user of food delivering apps as I live away from home. I am using Zomato for last four years and I have overall no complaint with them. Starting with Interface of the app, It is good. You can find user reviews of restaurants as well. The price of food is higher than that are from the restaurant ( In case you are buying directly) . They gives you 40-60% off on nearly every order but price are still higher after that. Delevery services are good. Sometimes I faced few problems with delivery but they are negligible when I look atthem over-all. Sometimes I faced problems with food, then there costomer care helped me with refund or reorder. Overall it’s a good platform. But if you can buy Directly from restaurant by your own then that will be convenient option.
