Wrong order placement

Hi I was ordering from Zomato and by mistake i order wrongly so I asked Zomato people to cancel that time only. At that moment I called they said delivery person that call Zomato people at that time they talked in a very bad manner and they were shouting no we will not cancel. In one minute only she said order is done. Very bad really. And after that they cancelled order and now they are charging me as penility . Very bad NVR recommend to anyone. Really very bad response. We have requested so much then also they have not removed and not they have send the order
