Zomato has always been a second choice or compare before your order option for me.
Compare to it’s rival Swiggy, they are not able to roll out massive discounts. As a customer, the first priority is to get good stuff for least possible price.
My last order with Zomato was dated 27th Jan(proof attached).
While ordering food online, I surf both Swiggy and Zomato and most of the times end up ordering with Swiggy.
Zomato employees are equally professional and as a company they are doing good.
Somehow they need to manage bigger discounts to attract customers.
