Today, I ordered a pizza on Zomato at 11:25 PM, as the estimated delivery time was 25 minutes. Since my apartment security team doesn’t allow delivery executives after midnight, I decided to order early. However, around midnight, Zomato revised the estimated delivery time to 12:16 AM. I contacted their support team to cancel the order due to this delay, but they were not willing to listen and insisted I accept the delivery.
After refusing to accept the order, they eventually canceled it. This experience was extremely disappointing, and as a result, I have permanently deleted my Zomato account. I will never order from Zomato again.
It’s worth noting that I am a regular customer of Blinkit, placing orders almost every day, and I have never faced any issues with their service.
