Zomato is very very wrost app in comparison to others in market. They do not serve the quantity amount order. On complaing they add credit in account and then made the account blocked so that same cant be used. Wrost ever experience. I hate of this kind of fraudulent.
Order was placed for Dominos and I got message that order cancelled from their end. So placed another order. Now there are two active orders. When called customer service they said order will be can’t and refund will be done from Dominos and they cannot do anything. It’s been more than 15 days and did not receive refund. So my money is gone. Cannot reach out to Dominos as well and Zomato cannot do anything for the refund. If you guys cannot have control on refund then why allow Dominos orders first of all, Need to sue in court with available documents so that these people cant face out as they did by blocking my account.
