Hello friends today I’m going to write my review on Zomato.com
Yesterday i put an order for 2 chicken wings on Zomato they said it’ll be delivered by 30 min so i started to wait it’s been 25 min and the tracking still showing the delivery boy is at the hotel and later 20 min he started and I’m still waiting he then called me and asked for address i already mentioned my location in order and again he asking me i said my address and after sometime he stopped 0.7 km prior to my location and called me to collect the order i said him to come to my location but he was saying that location is not clear and i agreed to drive him in the phone but he was saying rudely that come and take it or otherwise cancel the order so i was irritatingly cancelled my order even if i was hungry and i messaged zomato.com about the issue the response was improper they said they will contact me shortly but still they didn’t even called me and asked about that issue so i sincierely request to neglect zomato if you wanted to order food online
