Zomato support called me to tell my delivery address is not correct(Zomato delivers regularly to my flat, and delivered recently on 6 July).
I said the address is correct.
On this, the zomato support guy told me to share live location or he will cancel my order.
I was taken aback, and said it is weird as my address on google is correct, and many delivery apps deliver easily daily to my address.
To this, the support guy repeated his SOP line, as per policy, I will have to cancel, etc.
This is weird.
On requesting refund for my order, because as per me, Zomato support called me prepared to cancel w/o refund, I was told nothing can be done, and no refund.
